If for any reason your product does not last or there is any issue, please call the Boutique within 5 days of delivery so we can replace the product.
Due to nature of our product, we cannot guarantee that the design ordered will be replicated exactly. Colors may vary slightly and, in some cases, to ensure the finest product, our designers may change type of flower and foliage without compromise to design.
Please note that orders received after 12:00 pm will not be eligible for same day delivery. Online orders received after 12:00 pm will be delivered on the next business day or at another date requested.
Delivery is available throughout the Greater Niagara Region, please note that delivery charges range from $7.99 to $24.99 depending on destination.
Requested changes must be submitted at time of ordering. We are unable to make changes to an order once processing and design has been commenced.
Bereavement deliveries to Funeral Homes will receive priority service. Orders for Sunday Visitations must be received by 12 pm Saturday.
Delivery to Businesses and Hospitals are delivered by 5pm. It is important to note that Intensive Care units will not accept flowers. Mental Health units will not accept orders received in glass or ceramic.
We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays and certain Stat holidays falling on a Monday. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.
Please note that if recipient address and telephone numbers are incorrect, then we cannot guarantee delivery. Please ensure all information is accurate, as errors will delay your delivery.
Cancellations or changes to orders must be made by phone or in person two days prior to delivery date requested. While we strive to accommodate time sensitive deliveries, a one-hour delivery window is required.
